Michigan First Credit Union in Eastpointe Celebrates with a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
On Monday November 10, 2014, Michigan First Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of their Eastpointe location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Victor Saroki and Jim DiMercurio of Saroki Architecture were alongside the entire project team and others that made this exciting project possible. Michigan First Credit Union representatives, city officials and mayors of both Eastpointe and Roseville, along with community members joined in the celebration.
Located adjacent to their previous building at the corner Gratiot and Toepfer Avenue, this brand new 10,000 SF state-of-the-art banking facility offers more amenities than your average banking branch to better serve the Eastpointe community. Upon entering the building, guests are greeted by staff in a spacious lobby. High visibility is drawn to the cash café – a cluster of 4 ATM’s housed in a cylindrical unit of LED panels. The grand space flows into a large community area, computer café, and open work stations designated to serve Eastpointe and nearby communities. At the teller counter, guests can enjoy the view of a 20 foot long aquarium while waiting to be helped by one of the six tellers. We had a great time working with Michigan First Credit Union in turning their vision into a reality and we wish them continued success in their new space! Enjoy! | Ann & John
